History

Leonora's Pancit Palabok (formerly known as Leoning's Pancit Palabok) started way before the first world war happened. The business was conceptualized by Leonora's mother- Lola Juana. By that time, no physical store could cater to their business. Lola Juana would then go house-to-house to sell their home-cooked Palabok and Kakanin. Words spread throughout the town, and slowly they built their name and legacy. They opened their first restaurant in 1940 in front of their house which was named after her daughter- Leonora. Decades later, it still stands where it started.Over the years, Leonora's Pancit Palabok's popularity grew and is recognized as the original Palabok restaurant in the Metro.
